Are Fino products locally made?
All our products are designed and made locally in Metro Manila, Philippines unless prominently specified otherwise.
Are Fino products made of genuine leather?
All our pieces are made of genuine leather such as cowhide, French calf, lambskin, etc. but the specific leather type depends on the item.
Is this a complete catalog of Fino products?
Our website only features select items available for purchase. To see more of our designs, please visit one of our branches around Metro Manila or our Instagram.
Ordering
Where can I purchase Fino items?
As we work to complete our website catalog, you may also purchase Fino products from our many branches around Metro Manila. We always recommend purchasing items in-store so that you can feel how leather moves and reacts, and figure out whether a particular design or leather is the perfect fit for you and your needs.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we are only shipping locally within the Philippines
Do you accept corporate orders?
Occasionally, we accept orders for corporate gifts but depending on the design, deadline, and our own production schedule, we may not be able to fulfillment all requests.
Please send us a message to connect@finoleatherware.com with the details regarding the design and potential delivery date.
Once the inquiry is sent, someone from our team will reach out to you regarding the request.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
For online purchases, we accept Paypal and through Paymongo we accept Gcash, Visa, Mastercard, and BPI and Union Bank online banking.
For in-store purchases, we accept cash, debit, and credit card for purchases made in-store.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
Standard Philippine Shipping Rates are:
Within NCR - Php 250
Outside NCR - Php 350
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes three to seven (3 to 7) business days for customers based in the Philippines.

Returns & Exchanges
What is Fino’s Return Policy?
Because we use genuine leather, each hide has its own characteristics such as slight wrinkles. As such, we will only replace defective items such as faulty hardware.
If there is a factory defect in your order, we will gladly replace or repair the products if the report has been made within 3-7 days upon receipt of your article. Please report to @finoleatherware.official on Instagram.
To qualify for an exchange or refund:
- Item must be unused.
- All tags, clips, and packaging must be included
- Report must be filed within 7 days of receiving the item
- Must have the receipt of item
Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible.
Care
How do I take care of my Fino leather products?
Every piece of leather is unique and requires specific care to keep it looking its best.
General Instructions:
- Store in dry/low-humidity areas where leather can breathe and avoid mold.
- Keep your bag stuffed to help retain its shape.
- Keep your items away from liquids, especially ones that are alcohol-based
- Use non-alcohol based leather cleaners and a clean piece of cloth every so often to keep your items looking brand new. (available for purchase here.)
- Do not over-condition or over-clean your leather as this may damage the finish. 1-2 times a year depending on the finish.
- If necessary, use products to restore color (available for purchase here.)

Can I have my old Fino items repaired?
This depends on the type of repair/service required, but we will do our best to assist you in any way we can!
Please bring your item to one of our branches and ask a staff member to assist you. If the item can be repaired, you will be asked to leave the item to be assessed further and you will be provided a Service Order form to fill out.
After the item has been assessed, we will get back to you regarding next steps.
